Conservatorships are used in California when a person can no longer handle their own financial matters or take care of themselves physically. In addition to helping his clients avoid an unknown person being appointed by the Court to handle these matters, Mr. Neuville has fought involuntary conservatorships as well as prepared voluntary applications to appoint conservators of the client's choice.
